These athletes lead by example - bringing energy, focus, and heart to every practice and game. Their dedication, teamwork, and passion for the sport set the tone for the entire program. We’re proud of their leadership both on and off the field!
“The most important leadership quality as a returning captain, is selflessness. I plan to implement this quality by leading by example and never asking someone to do something I wouldn’t do myself. We are one team and no one is above each other.” – Aaron Lolley, Senior
“The most important leadership quality is leading by example. I plan to do show this quality in the 2026 year by showing up every day to pre season workouts and in the season show up early to practice.” – Noah Weiss, Senior
“The most important leadership quality to me is accountability. I plan to implement this quality by taking responsibility for my actions on and off the field and holding myself to the highest standard. When mistakes happen, I will own them and focus on improving rather than placing blame. By doing this, I hope to create a team culture where everyone is honest, motivated, and committed to getting better together.” – Mitch Heidemann, Senior
“My favorite leadership quality is calm under pressure. What it means to me/how I'd implement it is never panicking or letting the team down in big moments, slowing things down when they get frantic whether in practice or games, and making sure everyone stays focused at all times.” – Quentin Faust, Senior
“The most important leadership quality to me is lifting my teammates up. As a captain I believe I need to be there to motivate my teammates on and off the field, and to have their back in every circumstance.” – Andy Graebner, Junior
